Context:
Free-to-play online action RPG from Airship Syndicate and Digital Extremes needed a cohesive marketing identity: style guide + motion toolkit, to unify trailers, social, and partner assets around Joe Madureira’s signature art. 
My role:
Creative Director — led the creation of the style guide and motion toolkit; collaborated directly with Airship Syndicate, Digital Extremes, and Joe Madureira to align marketing look/feel with in-game art. 
What we built:
- Codified the visual system: color palette, typography, and repeatable graphic elements that scale from thumbnails to 4K key art. 
Motion toolkit for trailers & social: title cards, wipes, lower thirds, and modular transitions—built to be fast, consistent, and on-brand across vendors. 
- Art-forward integration: elevated Joe Mad’s character work into the system so marketing felt authentic to the IP, not “over-designed” on top of it.
- Early exploration → final lock: iterated through multiple layouts and motion studies to stress-test readability and legibility in fast-cut edits.
